To request an inspection on a building permit that was originally submitted via Sire ActiveReview, please email a Permit Technician at permitting@cityoflewisville.com.

In the email, please include the property address, original permit number, and the inspection you need to request.  

** "NEXT DAY" inspections must be requested prior to 2 PM. Inspections requested for Monday must be submitted before 10 AM on Friday. **
